Real women, real results
SAME WOMAN · SAME DRESS
The only difference? What's underneath.
Left, without it. Right, wearing the 360 Sculpt Brief under the very same dress. Nothing else changed.
WHY IT ACTUALLY WORKS
Designed to do three things perfectly.

A flatter tummy, instantly.
The high waist and the crossed band hold your tummy in, so your jeans and dresses sit smooth from the very first wear. No squeezing, no pinching.

Nobody will ever know.
Seamless edges, no lines, no bulge. Fitted dress, slim jeans, work trousers: it disappears and leaves a smooth shape that still looks like you.

It never rolls down. Ever.
Sit, bend, pick up a grandchild: the crossed bands anchor the high waist so it stays exactly where you put it, from morning to night.
NOT ALL SHAPEWEAR IS THE SAME
Why ordinary shapewear lets you down

Ordinary shapewear
- ✕Squeezes only the front of your tummy
- ✕Rolls down by lunchtime
- ✕Pushes the rest out at the sides
- ✕Shows lines through your clothes

360 Sculpt Brief
- 360° support: front, sides and back
- Stays put all day, even sitting
- Feels like everyday underwear
- Invisible under anything you wear
Inspired by the bengkung: the long cotton band women in Malaysia have wrapped round the belly, front, sides and back, for centuries.
SIZES S TO 6XL
Find your size in 10 seconds

Measure your waist at its narrowest point and your hips at the widest, then read straight across. The UK size column is there so you have nothing to convert.
Between two sizes, or hips in the size above? Take the larger one. It's made to sit high and hold you all the way round, not to squeeze you.

When I opened the parcel, I already had that smile. Four years doing sit-ups every morning, convinced I was doing my body good. I had no idea I was making it worse. Diastasis recti doesn't get fixed with exercises, it takes the right pressure, all the way round. Not just at the front. From day 8, the jeans I hadn't been able to do up since my daughter was born started to close. I've still got the photo on my phone.

I'd tried everything. Girdles that squeeze, knickers that slip, corsets that take an hour to get off. This is different. I wear it from morning to night and forget it's on. My tummy is held, not compressed. For the first time, I looked at myself in the mirror and thought: "There I am." I wasn't waiting to lose weight. I was waiting for this pair.

The first thing that struck me was the crossed band. It's not like other knickers, you can feel it's built to do something. I put it on in the morning before a family lunch. No one noticed. But I knew. And all day I sat down, stood up and ate without thinking about it once. For me, that's everything.

I was sceptical. I'm 47 and I've tried so many things that I don't believe the promises any more. I ordered it almost by mistake. The first time I put it on, I stood in front of the mirror longer than usual. My waist is defined. My tummy is flat. And above all, I can breathe. I put it on one ordinary Tuesday morning to go to work. I'd forgotten about it ten minutes later. That's exactly the point.

I'm 56 and I've got a body that's lived. This pair doesn't try to hide it, it shows it off. My waist is defined, my tummy is flat. I put them on in my hotel room before an important dinner and I left with a confidence I hadn't felt in years. No diet. No effort. Just this perfect pair.

The side view doesn't scare me any more. The high waist hides everything that used to bother me. My bum is lifted, my tummy is held in. And you can tell it's built to do something: this isn't just an ordinary pair of knickers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What you want to know before buying
Will it work for me?
For the vast majority of women, yes. The crossed band works on structure, not weight: the X-shaped band spreads gentle compression right around the waist, front, sides and lower back. It smooths and holds whatever your shape, from S to 6XL.
I'm going through the menopause, or had my baby years ago. Will it still work?
Yes. The gap pregnancy can leave in your tummy muscles (diastasis) doesn't close on its own with time, and the menopause moves weight to the middle. If your lower belly still pushes forward, that's exactly what the crossed band is built to hold. It's never too late.
Does it flatten the tummy or just shift it?
It flattens, it doesn't shift. A rigid girdle only compresses the front, so everything escapes to the sides. The crossed band wraps the whole way round, so your tummy is held evenly: no side rolls, no bulge popping out elsewhere.
Does it stay put through the day?
Yes. The crossed bands anchor the high waist so it doesn't roll down or slide. You can sit, bend and move all day and forget you're wearing it.
Will it show under my clothes?
No. Seamless edges and a breathable mesh mean no lines and no bulk under jeans, work trousers or a fitted dress.
Is it OK after a C-section or while breastfeeding?
Yes. The high waist sits above the navel, well clear of a C-section scar, and there's no hard boning. Most women start around 6 weeks after a C-section, once they've been cleared. If you're recovering from surgery, check with your GP or midwife first.
Do I have to wear it every day?
You don't have to, but daily is where the difference comes from. Most women put it on in the morning like any other underwear. Miss a day and nothing is lost.
How do I choose my size?
Measure your waist at its narrowest point and your hips at the widest, then match them to the size guide. It runs from S to 6XL with a UK size column. Between two sizes? Take the larger one.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash or a delicate cycle with a mild detergent, then air dry. No tumble dryer, no fabric softener: that keeps the hold exactly as it was on day one.
How long will delivery take?
Free tracked UK delivery. You'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What if it's not for me?
You have 90 days to try it. If it isn't right for you, contact us at hello@tryvaleria.co and we'll make it right, with a size exchange or a refund. Full conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
