Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order has been placed and payment confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
Our products are shipped from our partner warehouse in Asia. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes 4 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be extended by carrier delays, customs clearance or peak periods.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders delivered to the United Kingdom, with tracking included.

Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will help you find a solution.
